Went to “The Other Room” on Perry Street tonight with a pizza pie in hand and a stack of menus and sampled it to everyone in the cozy and extremely popular wine bar.  Didn’t think about it but they don’t have food, only beer and wine. BEST GRAND OPENING PARTY EVER.
Two hundred close friends, citizens of the world, countrymen, tuxedo-clad and mink-over-the shoulder dressed New Yorkers, gathered to celebrate the opening of Slice West Village this past Wednesday night. The battle continues
Five months of negotiating, building, getting through the near impossible NY permitting process, purchasing, equipping, training, laughing, crying and the restaurant finally opened. Wow.
